The gozzo is the boat of Ligurian fishermen: soft lines, made for the sea of this coast. On board you sail calmly, close to the water, as has always been done here.
Comfortable for relaxing and safe for diving in, it’s the perfect boat to experience the Gulf of Poets and the Cinque Terre away from the crowds.

A boat born from work
The gozzo is the working boat of Ligurian fishermen: a wooden hull with rounded lines, a high bow to face the short waves of this coast, and a compact stern for hauling nets and traps. For generations it was built by hand by the village shipwrights, without drawings — just experience, a trained eye and seasoned timber.
Once powered by oars and a lateen sail, today the gozzo has an engine but hasn’t changed character: stable, generous, made to stay at sea all day. Boarding it means sailing the way it has always been done here — slowly, close to the water, with respect.
